A really strong performance by The University Of Salford this year. Having worked closely with them, we can ensure you they are working very hard on improving their student services. Not only have they moved up 19 places in the overall rankings but also the Graduate Prospects have risen dramatically. Overall it looks like The University Of Salford will continue to improve, the addition of their Media City Campus will no doubt ensure this.

So as usual The University Of Manchester is by far is the best university in Manchester and one of the best in the UK.
Manchester Metropolitan University
Ranked: 86th 2012: 93rd (Up 7)
Entry Standards: 291 (Was 271)
Student Satisfaction: 3.8 (Up 0.1)
Research Assessment: 2.16 (Not Moved)
Graduate Propects: 58.1 (Up 1)
Overall Score: 511 / 1000 (Up 49)
A slight improvement for MMU this year. It has been a rapid drop for MMU the last few years, so they will be relieved to see this slight rise in performance. Although things have improved both with their overall ranking and student satisfaction you still can’t hide the fact they are still ranked 86th out of 116, surely this is not good enough for a university with their resources and facilities.
